Receptionist Training
Course Description:
Shows receptionist unique phone and voice mail features to enhance skills specific to receptionist job description. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

» announce callers to executives
» check general and specific voice mail boxes
» park calls
» page employees
» transfer calls off premises (if possible)
» utilize conference features
» monitor phone usage
» transfer calls to voice mail

Who Should Attend:
Company receptionists, especially recently hired receptionists.

Basic Telephone User Training
Course Description:
Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use company phone system. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

» place internal and external calls
» program phone
» use and maintain autodial and speed dial functions
» take advantage of LCD and "hot" buttons
» utilize features such as park, page, pick up, call forward, call duration, etc.

Who Should Attend:
All personnel using company telephone system.

Basic Voice Mail User Training
Course Description:
Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use and operate company voice mail system. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

» set up and access voice mail
» retrieve messages internally and externally
» send & receive messages, including listening and recording features
» set up delivery options and special system features, including time & date stamp
» transfer callers to voice mail & specific boxes
» navigate into voice mail boxes

Who Should Attend:
All personnel using company voice mail system.

Basic Telephone and Voice Mail Training
Course Description:
Basic Telephone User Training and Basic Voice Mail User Training can be combined into one class.
