Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use company phone system. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

advantage of LCD and "hot" buttons
» utilize
features such as park, page, pick up, call forward, call
duration, etc. |

Basic Voice Mail User Training
Course Description:
Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use and operate company voice mail system. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

messages internally and externally
» send & receive
messages, including listening and recording features

up delivery options and special system features,
including time & date stamp
