training and instruction, the user will learn how to:

• park calls

calls off premises (if possible)
• utilize
conference features
• monitor
phone usage
• transfer
calls to voice mail |

Company receptionists, especially recently hired receptionists.

Basic Telephone User
Training
Course Description:
Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use company
phone system. Through hands-on training and instruction, the user
will learn how to:

• place
internal and external calls •
program phone •
use and maintain autodial and speed dial functions
• take
advantage of LCD and "hot" buttons •
utilize features such as park, page, pick up,
call forward, call duration, etc. |

All personnel using company telephone system.

Basic Voice Mail User
Training
Course Description:
Teaches students how to efficiently and effectively use and operate
company voice mail system. Through hands-on training and instruction,
the user will learn how to:

• set
up and access voice mail
• retrieve
messages internally and externally
• send &
receive messages, including listening and recording features
• set up
delivery options and special system features, including time
& date stamp
• transfer
callers to voice mail & specific boxes
• navigate
into voice mail boxes |

All personnel using company voice mail system.
