UTDI leverages, on your behalf, the large inventory we carry, as well as the $80 million inventory carried by our Avaya Distributor. If you need to order a specialty part or piece of equipment, we can ship counter-to-counter, guaranteeing an eight-hour delivery time. Normal delivery on non mission-critical items results in a 48-hour delivery time with no additional expense incurred for shipping.
