When opening a second location, the organization lacked the necessary infrastructure for integrated communications and wireless capabilities to drive performance and productivity.

PROJECT SCOPE

Wetland Studies & Solutions relied on the expertise of UTDi and its collaboration with Avaya to install the Avaya S8300 Media Server and standalone G700 Media Gateway, Extreme Networks’ switches and Spectralink wireless telephones. This implementation relied on the consultative approach of UTDi to consider not only present needs, but also the company’s growth projections before recommending a solution that would meet the needs of Wetland Studies & Solutions well into the future.

The implementation of the Avaya solution allows for the streamlining of voice and data operations over one networked infrastructure.
