Avaya IP Office is an all-in-one solution specially designed to meet the communications challenges facing small and medium sized businesses.
Due to its modular design, the solution
can scale from 2 to 360 extensions to meet the needs of home
offices, standalone businesses, and networked branch and
head offices. Built on Avaya's latest advancements in converged
voice and data technology, small to mid-sized businesses
can benefit from many of the advantages sophisticated communications
deliver to their operations. IP Office supports a wide range
of telephones but the 54xx series Digital phones and
the 56xx series IP phones have been specifically designed
to work with IP Office and provide small and medium sized
businesses with a choice of solutions to meet business efficiency
and customer service requirements.
What's New With This Release
Phase 3 completes the release of IP Office
3.0 and provides key system functionality and a
much wider range of supported phones (digital and
IP) to provide maximum flexibility and choice for
the end user. The introduction of support for a
new applications – ContactStore Search & Replay – and
enhancements to applications such as Phone Manager,
Conferencing Center and SoftConsole provide opportunities
for end user productivity improvements. |
