All three PARTNER Messaging products let you
provide exceptional customer service by greeting callers with prompt,
courteous responses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Even during
peak hours, our automated attendants give you the flexibility to
handle incoming callers with ease by redirecting them to the right
person, mailbox, or recorded announcement. PVM R3 systems provide
a single automated attendant capability. The PMR1 system is equipped
with four multilevel automated attendants that enable bilingual
support, and allows you to define up to 99 sub-menus and announcements
to meet your particular needs. And, PMR1 provides customers and
employees alike with the convenience of dialing by name using a
company directory when recipients' extensions are unknown.
These PARTNER Messaging products enhance your
employees' efficiency by providing them with anytime, anywhere access
to their voice mailboxes. You can offer customers features such
as personalized greetings, group broadcasting to designated lists
(from workgroups to company-wide), screening of incoming calls,
and even recording of live calls*, as well as timesaving automated
responses to common requests (such as business hours or ordering
instructions).
*Consult your legal counsel regarding federal
and local regulations for call recording. |
