Based on a layered architecture, Modular Messaging separates the message application and message storage server layers using industry-standard hardware and software platforms.

Modular Messaging can provide seamless networking, high reliability/availability, and is compatible with Avaya Unified Communication Center (UCC) Speech Access for mobile access. This stand-alone enterprise messaging system is compatible with most PBXs.
