S8300 Media Server

Supports up to 450 stations. S8500 Media Server
Overview: For mid-size companies with a distributed enterprise over an IP infrastructure. Supports 2,400 stations. The S8500 Media Server allows for a distributed enterprise over an IP infrastructure in the mid-market space (up to 3200 ports).

S8700 Media Server
Overview: Brings the capabilities and robust performance of Communication Manager telephony software onto an industry standard processor running an industry standard operating system. Ideal for large distributed enterprises and high volume Contact Center environments. Designed to meet the most demanding customer environments, the S8710 Media Server introduces a more powerful processor, increased storage and optical drive capacity, higher speed USB 2.0 interfaces, and a higher performance server duplication interface, while retaining the 2U vertical form factor of the existing S8700 platform. As a result, the S8710 delivers at least a 25% improvement in BHCC (Busy Hour Call Completion) over the S8700 Media Server.
