Unified TelData Earns Avaya Business Partner 'Platinum' Status Accreditation Certification – Avaya’s nationwide client base, is experiencing improved business performance through more effective and efficient communication as a result of partnering with the fastest growing, 20-year stable, converged solutions provider – Unified TelData, Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (October 28, 2004) - As of November 1st, Unified TelData, Inc. (UTDI) has been officially recognized as a Platinum Certified Avaya Business Partner. This distinction confirms that UTDI’s customers, nationwide, are working with the best-qualified and most experienced people in the communications market.

In addition, Platinum certified partners must meet high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by independent surveys of customers. Platinum Avaya Partners also undergo a rigorous on-site service assessment audit prior to certification.
