September 25, 2006 – Unified TelData, a leading provider of converged voice and data solutions for Avaya, today announced that it has named Bill Bivins as Vice President of Sales to the management team.  Bill joins UTDi to direct the company’s sales and strategy efforts.  

With over 18 years of sales and sales management experience in the Telephony industry, Bill’s responsibility is to guide the rapid growth of the UTDi sales organization and its strategies. He has extensive experience in direct sales within the Commercial, SLE and Federal Verticals.

Prior to joining UTDi, Bill was Director of Federal Sales for C=Win, a Platinum Avaya Business Partner. During his 6 year tenure at C=Win, Bivins was responsible for more than doubling the companies sales. “UTDi is a driving force in the converged market space,” said Bill. “I look forward to being part of the rapid growth and creative energy of the UTDi team.”
