Service Coordinator

Essential Functions

Administrative support directly to the Director of Technical Services , all department heads, and staff.
Manage project implementation documents for service team
Work with Service Team to schedule resources - technicians, software specialists, trainers
Work with clients to schedule project kickoff meetings, training etc
Act as client advocate when addressing technical issues with Telco, vendors, and service providers
Act as Service Coordinator, on all projects between UTDI Sales and Service Teams.
Act as primary contact for incoming service calls, create and schedule service orders
Prepare next day technician schedule daily per technician
Collect and process completed service orders
Maintain timesheets and ensure accuracy of information, enter time logs in Tigerpaw
Process returns of faulty equipment, provide documentation to Finance Director to correct client inventory
Participate in supply requisition, coordinate with Office Administrator
Answer phones as a primary source and provide consistent and appropriate call routing
Dispense received faxes throughout the day
Sort and dispense mail on a daily basis
Must have excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects, facilitate meetings across business lines and vendors, and meet both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines.

Qualifications

Reliability and punctuality a must!
High school diploma or equivalent, College degree in business, or related field preferred.
3+ years experience in Administrative Support, or Customer Service for a telecommunications company or related sales/service operation with a minimum of $2,000,000 in annual sales.
Must be able to speak fluent English
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage in an efficient manner.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and follow–up skills
Excellent knowledge computer skills in Word, Excel.
Ability to research and take ownership of tasks
Outstanding analytical, organization and communication skills
