National Client Consultant (NCC) for a recognized leader in unified messaging, VoIP, and wireless mobility…….. LOOKING TO MAKE $100K+ !

Our growing company is looking for Washington DC and surrounding based NCC’s!

Join the fast paced, highly recognized world of converged voice and data sales, and work in outside sales for UTDI, an award-winning partner to telecommunication industry leaders Altigen, Avaya- Platinum, Cisco, and Nortel.

Essential Functions

Responsible for prospecting and maintaining new and existing accounts in the commercial sector, state/local government/education (SLE) sectors, and the U.S. Federal Government.

Develop and maintain relationships with Partners, Senior Executives and Managers.

Consistently achieve quarterly quota by utilizing telemarketing skills, market research, and networking opportunities.

Increase sales by generating proposals, initiating and presenting business solutions, providing equipment demonstrations/site visits, and successfully negotiating agreements.

Develop marketing, targeting, and pricing strategies that meet the company strategic goals.

Maintain customer databases and sales/performance tracking tools.

Develop/maintain/report on territory Management Objectives (MBO’s).

As required maintain certain manufacturers Sales and Product Certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree - technical degree strongly preferred by not required.

At least 4-7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Experience developing leads through networking, referrals and in making cold calls.

Strong presentation skills – can convince potential customers they are worth meeting with, listening to and purchasing from.

Verifiable track record of top performance.

Self-starter, motivated, result oriented. databases and sales/performance tracking tools.

Ability to close sales.

Knowledge and sales experience with Altigen, Avaya, Cisco or Nortel product lines is strongly desired.
