Samuel Golden is a Global Solutions Architecture for UTDi. He is responsible for helping customers understand the value of technologies they possess while helping them adapt to changes in the business environment to stay competitive.

Samuel brings at least 12 years experience with Avaya, Lucent Technologies, M2Networx, and most recently as Convergence Applications Architect. In that role Samuel acted as Solutions Architect for SIP based architectures and applications based on SIP services in a multi-vendor environment (Avaya, Cisco, Acme Packets, SIP Carrier services, etc.) Samuel created high-end complex distributed designs that integrated legacy systems and applications with current H.323 and next-generation SIP based services. While with Avaya, Samuel worked with Fortune 100 global accounts on blended services for contact centers, servicing customers via distributed IP centers and outsourcers. His high availability designs with a focus on business continuity has allowed those supported Fortune 100 customers to have confidence their systems will operated in the harshest of performance conditions.
